Charter Booking Process
We are delighted you are interested in taking a luxury crewed yacht charter in the BVI. Once we receive your initial enquiry from the BVI Charter Enquiry Form, we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually just a few hours) with our recommendations. If there is a particular yacht you are interested in we will check availability for your chosen dates with the Yacht’s central agent calendar.
Once you confirm that you want to proceed with the booking, we will put a ‘hold’ on the yacht for your dates. This is a provisional reservation that secures your booking, subject to completion within one week.
We will then assist in the entire process, ensuring you have filled out the required forms, the charter contract required by your chosen yacht, and that you have the details to make the deposit payment to the Central Agent’s escrow account. We can also assist in recommended transport links into the British Virgin Islands.
At no point do you need to pay us (your broker) directly. Funds are held in escrow by the Central Agent, and transferred directly to the yacht owner at the start of your charter.
